As a Puerto Rican raised in Killeen, Texas, I grew up around a multitude of music genres. I knew since I was a child that music would be my biggest life passion. From Alicia Keys and Daft Punk to Aventura and Evanescence, I have spent my life enjoying and studying all different kinds of music. I have always been musically inclined and from a young age I decided I wanted to pursue music. In middle school I taught myself to play the flute and my Associates degree was music/performing arts focused. I briefly studied Musical Theatre in my first year of University but decided to focus on the music aspect as that was what I enjoyed the most. I began sitting in on recording sessions with my brother-in-law and some family friends who make their own music and realized that writing, producing, and recording was where all the fun was at. I also began to understand the importance of owning one's artistic journey. While creating music can be fun, there are many business aspects that must be understood as well. That is when I decided to pursue a Bachelors in Music Production and a Masters of Entertainment Business at Full Sail University. Now as an industry professional I look forward to working with other artists that are just as passionate about what they do as I am. With my knowledge of production techniques and business strategies, I intend to help carve a space within the music industry for new artists to gain confidence and take ownership of their artistic journey.
